【Abstract】 Based on the statistical analysis of a sample composed of 993 employees in Shenzhen’s enterprises, this paper reports an empircal study on the determinants of employee’s job satisfaction. The paper mainly explores the effects of demographic variables, occupational variables and job facet satisfaction on total job satisfaction. In addition, the paper compares the result of analysis with domestic related results.更多还原
