【摘要】 本试验首先采用45~#钢圆棒,利用淬火硬度法比较3种淬火油的淬透能力。结果依次为国产普通快速淬火油、DL-16国产淬火油、Vm48进口淬火油。其次采用29CrMo44、30Mn5、7CrMo44S钢管,分别在油温40℃和80℃的3种不同淬火油中进行淬火及回火处理,并对综合机械性能对比分析,证明国产淬火油完全可替代进口淬火油。更多还原

【Abstract】 After testing the hardness of steel grade of 45 after quenching, to compare the cooling capacity of three quenching oil, DL - 16 domestic quenching oil and Vm48 imported quenching oil and quench the steel tube of grade 29CrMo44 30Mn and 7CrMo44S under the condition of oil temperature 40℃ and 80℃, then to compare mechanical properties .
