【摘要】 对当前安徽省城镇贫困及问题的现状及产生根源作了深入剖析 ,并提出了相应的政策建议。作者认为贫困层问题的产生主要是由于制度创新不足和政策调整滞后所致 ,要从根本上解决这一问题 ,必须进行城镇劳动力就业制度、社会保障制度改革和创新 ,同时相应调整现有的一些政策更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay gives a thorough analysis of both the status of poverty group in cities of Anhui Province and the source of the problem, with suggestions on policies put forward. The author thinks the poverty problem is mainly the result of inadequate innovation of systems and slow adaptation of relative policies, and to solve the problem thoroughly, the reform and innovation of employment policies and social security system in cities must be carried out, and some of the existing policies must be readjusted accordingly.更多还原
