儿童最大有氧能力、跑节省化以及心脏左室结构与线粒体DNA基因多态性的关联研究

【摘要】 对 36名男性儿童的最大有氧能力、跑节省化以及心脏左室形态结构与线粒体 DNA D- L oop区遗传多态性作了关联分析。实验结果支持我们早先的研究结论 ,即线粒体 DNA D— L oop区可能对人类VO2 max有一定程度的调控作用 ,而与 RE无关。对于青春发育前期的男性儿童 ,VO2 max与 RE呈显著相关关系 ,但二者的生理机制可能会有差异。中枢机制是决定青春发育前期儿童 VO2 max自然值的重要因素

【Abstract】 VO 2max ,running economy, echocardiographic profiles and mtDNA D loop RELP were determined in 36 pre pubertal boys. The results of this study are consistent with those previously published by us, i.e. the variation of human VO 2max may be explained partially by some genetic profiles in mtDNA D loop region, whereas it seems to have no effect on running economy.VO 2max is associated with running economy significantly for boys, but the two parameters may not be controlled by the same mechanism. Besides the initial values of the maximal aerobic power in the young subjects are likely affected mainly by central mechanism.
