河水中半挥发性有机物测定方法的研究

【摘要】 目的 对河水中半挥发性有机物进行测定方法的研究。方法 用液 液萃取法 /K D浓缩技术与GC/MS联用 ,对苏州河水中的半挥发性有机物进行系统分析 ,在定性分析的基础上 ,用GC/FID对所检出的部分组分进行定量测定。结果 利用液 液萃取技术对河水中微量半挥发性有机物进行富集十分有效 ,可检测环境水样中半挥发性有机物。结论 GC/MS用于环境水样中有机物的分析十分方便 ,当严格控制实验过程中的每个环节时 ,本方法可以得到良好的准确性和重现性

【Abstract】 Objective To study the methods for determination of semi volatile organic compounds in river water.Methods A combination of liquid liquid extraction, K D concentrator, gas chromatograph (GC) and mass spectrometry was used to determine semi volatile organic compounds in river water.Results It was found that it was more efficient to concentrate semi volatile organic compounds in river water by liquid liquid extraction. Then it was analyzed by GC/MS. This systemic method is very stable and meets specific QC acceptance criteria with high accuracy and repeatability.Conclusion It was found that it was more efficient to concentrate semi volatile organic compounds in river water by liquid liquid extraction.
