基于广义Tellegen定理的静态电压稳定实用判据
A PRACTICAL METHOD FOR DETECTING CRITICAL STATE OF VOLTAGE STABILITY BASED ON GENERALIZED TELLEGEN’S THEOREM
【摘要】 提出一种快速判定静态电压稳定的新方法 .基于广义 Tellegen定理推导出静态电压稳定基本判据 ;通过分析该静态电压稳定判据的物理意义 ,给出了电压稳定判据 .研究结果表明 ,该判据简捷、实用 ,能为在线电压稳定分析与控制提供依据 .
【Abstract】 A fast method for determining the static voltage stability in electric power systems is proposed in his paper.Firstly,criterion for static voltage stability is derived from Generalized Tellegens Theorem. Secondly, after the problem of criterion is discussed,a practical criterion is presented.Calculating results show the proposed method is fast and simple.Meanwhile,it can provide useful information for the operators to analyze and control voltage stability on line.
