【Abstract】 A method for the determination of amidopyrine in antipyretic analgesics was proposed based on the oxidation-reduction reaction between K2CrO4 and amidopyrine. In 1.5 mol/L NH4Ac-NH4OH(pH 8.2) base solution amidopyrine is titrated by K2CrO4 standard solution. The appearance of incision can be used to indicate the end point of the reaction. Common coexistent substances in tablets do not interfere in the determination. The method proved to be simple, selective, sensitive and accurate. It was applied to determine amidopyrine in tablets with satisfactory results.更多还原
