葡萄糖的流动注射化学发光法测定
Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Determination of Glucose
【摘要】 葡萄糖在浓盐酸中降解后 ,其产物羟甲基糠醛可与Ce(Ⅵ)反应产生化学发光 ,罗丹明6G对该反应有较强的增敏作用。据此,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定葡萄糖的新方法。该法的线性范围为0.2~90mg/L ,检出限为0.08mg/L ,相对标准偏差(n=11,ρ=10.0mg/L)为1.0 %。方法用于血清中葡萄糖含量的测定 ,结果与标准方法一致 ,回收率为96 %~106 %。
【Abstract】 A novel flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of glucose is described. It is based on CL reaction of the product degraded from glucose in chlorhydric acid medium with Ce(Ⅳ). The CL reaction is sensitized by the fluorescent dye of rhodamine 6G in acidic solution. The calibration curve is linear over the range of 0.2~90 mg/L. The detection limit is 0.08 mg/L. A 1.0% of relative standard deviation is obtained in a repeatability study(n=11) at the 10.0 mg/L level of glucose. The method has been applied to determine glucose in human sera with good accuracy and precision.
