【摘要】 利用自制的简单装置和K3Fe(CN)6 在碱性条件下氧化维生素B1 的反应 ,在激发波长372nm、发射波长460nm处 ,监视反应的进行 ,记录荧光强度与时间关系曲线 ,测得最大荧光强度。方法线性范围为5.40～4.32×103 μg/L ,相关系数为0.9998 ,检出限为1.44μg/L ,相对标准偏差为2.1 % (n=12) ,方法应用于药物制剂中维生素B1 的测定 ,回收率在95 %～104 %之间 ,结果令人满意更多还原

【Abstract】 A dynamic fluorimetric method for the determination of vitamin B1(VB1) is reported. A self _ made simple device for the detection was developed. The fluorescence reaction of the VB1 oxidation by potassium ferricyanide in basic solution was monitored at λex of 372 nm and λem of 460 nm. The linear range, correlation coefficient, detection limit and relative standard deviation are 5.4～4.32×103 μg/L, 0.999 8, 1.44 μg/L and 2.1%(n=12), respectively.更多还原
