聚丙烯酸甲酯功能基团的微区分析
Micro-area Analysis of Hydrazide Group in Polymethylacrylate Resin
【摘要】 研究了一种测定聚丙烯酸甲酯上酰肼基团分布的新方法。将功能化的聚丙烯酸甲酯类树脂上的酰肼基团与Cu2 +络合 ,利用X射线能谱微区分析对树脂上Cu2 +的存在部位及分布进行分析 ,从而确定树脂上酰肼基团的存在部位及分布情况。结果表明:在交联度及其他成分相同时 ,树脂表面及断面的酰肼化程度有很大差异。
【Abstract】 A new method for determining hydrazide group introduced to polymethylacrylate resin was established. The sites and distribution of the hydrazide group in polymethylacrylate resin were determined though Cu2+ complexed into the group by micro _ area analysis with X _ ray energe spectrometer. The X _ ray energy spectra, surface and cross _ section micrographs of SEM for the resins of different particle diameters were given. The results show that on the condition of same crosslinking degree and components, the functional group amounts on the surface and in the interior of the resin are different.
