【摘要】 目的　观察拉西地平的降压效应、耐受性、谷峰比值及不良反应。方法　选择 18例轻、中度原发性高血压患者 ,在服用安慰剂 2周后 ,对随测舒张压在 95～ 114mmHg( 1mmHg =0 .133kPa)的 16名患者进行为期 4周的药物治疗 ,给予拉西地平 4mg·d-1口服 ,治疗第 2周末随测舒张压未能降至 90mmHg以下者 ,则剂量增至 6mg·d-1。于安慰剂导入期末和拉西地平治疗期末分别进行动态血压监测。结果　服药后血压与用药前比较有显著下降。动态血压监测结果显示 ,治疗后总血压负荷、2 4h、昼夜平均收缩压和舒张压均明显下降 ,收缩压和舒张压的谷峰比值均大于 5 0 % ,心率在用药前后无明显变化。结论　拉西地平治疗轻、中度原发性高血压有效、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hypotensive effect,tolerance,trough to peak ratio and side-effect of lacidipine on the patients with essential hypertension.Methods After a 2-week placebo run-in period,16 patients with diastolic blood pressure (DBP) between 95～114 mmHg were selected and were given lacidipine(4?mg·d -1 ),and lacidipine would be added to 6 mg·d -1 if the DBP were higher than 90 mmHg in the end of the second week.Ambulatory blood pressure were monitored in the end of treatment with placebo and lacidipine.Results The blood pressure significantly decreased after lacidipine treatment when compared with pretreatment.Ambulatory blood pressure monitor showed that the total pressure load, the mean systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure of 24 hours and at day and night were lowered apparently.The trough to peak ratio of both SBP and DBP were greater than 50%.The heart rate didn’t significantly change after treatment when compared with pretreatment.Conclusion Lacidipine is an effective and safe drug on mild and moderate essential hypertension.更多还原
