【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]This paper presents a philosophic thinking on the forecasting.Based on the commentary on the history of forecasting,it gives the nature of the forecasting,that is,forecasting is the reflection of the contradiction between the ignorance of the nature and desire of human beings.While forecasting developed in advance of science is both a propeller and a midwife of science,it is also limited by the level of the science development.Then the paper also describes that the object of the forecasting is the non balance,opening system,and points out that the intelligent forecasting support system is the main direction of the forecasting research.
