抗干扰技术在转向架构架动应力测试中的应用

【摘要】 分析了转向架构架动应力测试中数据采集系统的主要干扰来源 ;总结出叠加式防护技术、抗辐射干扰技术、电源抗干扰技术等硬件技术和零漂信号处理、数字滤波处理、小波处理等软件技术 ,经过实际运用证明效果良好 ,可为编制转向架构架应力谱提供真实、可靠的应力 -时间历程信号 ;针对小波处理的算法“四峰谷值点穷举法”,提出处理速度较快的“三峰谷值应力比较法”。

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of sources and paths of interference, the anti-interference technique was studied in dynamic stress testing on bogie structure. The paper sums up the hardware techniques such as double protection technique, anti-radiation technique, and power source technique and introduces the software techniques such as zero drift signals processing, digital signals filtering processing and wavelet signal processing. And the results in application prove these measures to be valid and reliable for programming the stress spectrum. The stress compare method of three-peak-valley value is proposed in the wavelet signal process, which is faster than the traditional four-peak-valley value method.
