柴油机主轴承故障振动信号波形识别的研究
Vibration signal recognition of diesel engine fault based on analyses of dynamic system and maximum wavelet transform modulus
【摘要】 通过对柴油机动力系统的分析计算 ,得出主轴承载荷变化状态 ,为振动信号的波形辨识提供了理论依据 ;利用小波变换模极大值分析技术 ,有效地去除实际信号中 L ipstchz指数小于 0的噪声 ,从而为振动信号的有效提取及定位提供了技术条件 ;同时 ,对正常信号与故障信号特征进行了比较分析。实践表明 ,在对柴油机主轴承故障振动信号分析中 ,这种方法可以得到准确可靠的分析波形 ,从而为进一步建立故障诊断模型奠定基础
【Abstract】 The variation situation of load on main axletree is acquired by calculating the dynamic system of 16V240ZJB diesel engine, which provides the theory foundation for waveform recognition of vibration signal. The noise whose Lipstchz index is lower than 0 in signal is effectively removed by applying analysis of maximum wavelet transform modulus. The method is very effective for extracting and setting the fault signal. It is testified that this technology can accurately get the analysis waveform and establish the foundation for further seting up the model of main axletree fault diagnosis.
