【Abstract】 This paper introduces the phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ of video conferencing network architecture of MOR. By comparing and analyzing the two systems, ZTE and VTEL, which are currently used in this network, it discusses the methods of well utilizing current resources and efficiently organizing the video conferencing network of MOR.
