【Abstract】 Based on the questionnaire of some students, teachers and some related documents, and also on the requirement of quality education of physical training in colleges and demand from social physical training, the author presents a compsehensive analysis on the structure of physical training teachers in colleges and universities, and suggests that the teachers should have a all round physical training theory, a strong physical ability rich and scientifical teaching methods, the ability of organizing and directing the public physical training and the mind to serve the society.更多还原
