【Abstract】 s:In order to expand using sources,we determined nutritive composition from stem and leaf of Houttuynia Cordata .The results indicate that the content of total saccharides and grease in the leaf is a little more than that in the stem,but the content of protein,total flavonoids and Vitamin C in the leaf is significantly more than that in the stem.So the leaves of Houttuynia Cordata have value of exploitation and utilization.更多还原
