复合方式抑制钛酸铝热分解的研究
STUDY ON THE SUPPRESSION OF THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF ALUMINUM TITANATE WITH COMPOSITE WAYS
【摘要】 通过氧化铝过剩组成,莫来石外加(或高温生成)抑制热分解和引入 MgO、Cr2 O3等,使钛酸铝材料易受热分解和抗弯强度低的弱点得以克服;以天然矿物原料为主要原料经合成,可获得高性能、低成本的钛酸铝材料。
【Abstract】 Systematic investigation was made so as to allow practical USC of aluminum titanate. Its two fatal drawbacks were overcome by the following comprehensive ways: surplus Al2 03 in the formulation, addition of mullite (or formation of mullite at high tem- perature) to suppress the thermal decomposition of aluminum titanate, and optimal introduction of MgO and Cr2O3 . The batch of aluminum titanate mainly consists of natural raw materials,so its product with low cost and higher performance can be practical- ly used.
