双(三苯基锡)戊二酸酯的合成和晶体结构研究
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Bis(tribenyItin)Ester of Glutaric Acid
【摘要】 用三苯基氯化锡与戊二酸二钠反应,合成了双(三苯基锡)戊二酸酯,X-射线单晶衍射表明,该化合物属三方晶系,空间群C2221,晶胞参数:a=1.5075(5)nm,b=4.802(17)mn,c=2.894 4(9)nm,α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,V=20.953(12)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.316g/cm3,μ=1.226mm-1,F(000)=8280,R1=0.054 6,wR2=0.118 2.晶体结构中存在5种化学环境不同的三角双锥构型的锡原子,由于配体中两个羧基在不同方向的交联作用,使化合物呈现三维骨架结构.
【Abstract】 Bis (tribenyltin)ester of glutaric acid were synthesixed by the reaction of sodium of glu-taric acid with the tribenyltin chloride in 1:2 molar ratio and were characterixed by IR.1H NMR and MS. The crystal structures was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to or-thorhombic with space group C2221,a = 1. 507 5(5)nm,b=4. 802(17) nm,c = 2. 8944(9) nm,α=90 ,β= 90 ,v=90 ,V=20. 953(12) nm3,Z=8,Dc = 1. 316 g/cm3,μ=1. 266 mm-1,F(000) = 8 280,R1 = 0. 054 6, wR2 = 0. 1182. The tin atom rendered five-coordinate in a trigonal bipyramidal structure by bridging two carboxylate groups in different direction and the resulting structure is three-dimensional framework polymer containing five different tin atom.
