L-胱氨酸在氯化镁水溶液中的溶解度
Solubilities of L-Cystine in Series of Aqueou Solution of MgCl2
【摘要】 在 288.15~318.15K(间隔5K)下,采用分光光度法测定了L-胱氨酸(L－Cystine)在纯水及氯化镁水溶液中的溶解度。通过回归分析,得到溶解度 S(mol/L)与温度T及 MgCl2质量百分比浓度WtB%的经验关系:-1gS=(1088.4＋136.15WtB%)/T-0.438 4-0.507 6wtB%。
【Abstract】 Solubilties of L-Cystine in a series of aqueou of mgC12 at 288.15~318.15 K are deter-mined by spectrophotometry. These experimental data are better fitted by following expression:-lgS = (1088.4 + 136.15WtB%)/T-0.438 4-0.507 6WtB%,-lgS = (1 088.4 + 136.15WtB%)/T-0.438 4-0.507 6WtB%,Where S is the molarity of L-Cystine,WTB% is the percentage concentration by weight of MgCl2,T isthe temperature under the blanced condition. The data and relevant information can be used for the pro-duction and the application of L-Cystine.
