【摘要】 用自行提取的槲寄生总碱 ,分不同剂量每天给植瘤小鼠腹腔注射 ,证明槲总碱在较高剂量 (90 mg/kg)时对小鼠实体瘤 (S180 )和瘤性腹水的生长均有显著的抑制作用 .另外 ,用同样的给药方法 ,证明槲总碱对实验性炎症反应也有显著的抑制作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Total alkaloid of viscum is extracted in our laboratory.The total alkaoid was intra-abdominal injected,once a day,to mice which was transfered with tumor cells of S 180 .The results show that the total alkaloid has significant antitumor function(90 mg/kg)for both solid carcinoma and ascites carcinoma.Other study with the same method shows the total alkaloid also has significant anti-inflammatory function.;更多还原
