乙酸环己酯催化合成的新方法
Study on the Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Acetate Catalyzed by Stannous Chloride
【摘要】 对以氯化亚锡为催化剂 ,由乙酸和环正醇合成乙酸环己酯进行了研究 ,经正交实验得出最佳的工艺条件 .在最佳反应条件下 ,酯化率和产品纯度均在 97%以上 .
【Abstract】 The paper focuses on the research on synthetizing cyclohexyl acetate with the help of the catalyst stannous chloride.As the result of the rhombic experiments,the author finds out the best technological conditions of producing the matter.The rate of esterfication and the purity of the product both reach 97% or more.
