外周血与卵泡液中白细胞介素1β在控制超排卵周期中的变化

【摘要】 目的 :探讨白细胞介素 1β( IL -1β)对控制超排卵和卵泡发育及妊娠的影响。方法 :研究对象为接受体外受精 -胚胎移植 ( IVF-ET)的患者 ,共 2 0个治疗周期。分别于人绒毛膜促性腺激素 ( h CG)注射日、取卵日和胚胎移植日采血 ,取卵日收集卵泡液 ,测定 IL-1β、雌二醇 ( E2 )、孕酮 ( P)的浓度。结果 :卵泡液 IL -1β水平明显高于外周血水平 ( P<0 .0 5) ,两者呈正相关 ( r=0 .73 )。卵泡液 IL-1 β水平和取卵日外周血及卵泡液 E2 水平呈正相关 ( r=0 .45,r=0 .53 )。卵泡液 IL-1 β和取卵数目及成熟卵细胞数目呈正相关 ( r=0 .3 4 ,r=0 .42 )。妊娠组 h CG注射日 IL -1β水平明显高于取卵日和移植日 ( P均 <0 .0 5) ;非妊娠组移植日 IL-1 β水平明显高于 h CG注射日和取卵日 ( P均 <0 .0 5)。妊娠组 h CG注射日外周血及卵泡液 IL -1β水平显著高于非妊娠组水平 ( P均 <0 .0 5)。结论 :IL -1β参与控制超排卵周期的生殖内分泌变化 ,调节卵泡发育并与妊娠的发生有关

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the regulative effect of interleukin 1 β(IL 1 β) on follicular development and implantation. Methods: We studied 20 controlled ovarian superovulation cycles of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF ET) patients. Blood samples were collected on the day of hCG administration,oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer. Follicular fluid (FF) was obtained on the day of oocyte retrieval. All specimens of blood and FF were stored for measuring IL 1 β, estradiol (E 2) and progesterone (P). Results: The mean level of IL 1 β in follicular fluid was significantly higher than that in peripheral blood ( P<0.05 ).Levels of IL 1 β in follicular fluid and serum had positive correlation ( r=0.73 ). There were positive correlations between the concen trations of IL 1 β in FF and E 2 in both peripheral blood and FF obtained on the day of oocyte retrieval ( r=0.45, r=0.53 ). The levels of IL 1 β in follicular fluid correlated positively with the numbers of oocyte retrieval and the numbers of mature oocyte ( r= 0.34 ,r=0.42 ). The mean level of serum IL 1 β on the day of administration of hCG was significantly higher than that on the day of oocyte retrieval and of embryo transfer in the implantation cycles ( P<0.05, P<0.05 ). In the non implantation cycles the mean level of serum IL 1 β on the day of embryo transfer was significantly higher than that on the other two days ( P<0.05, P<0.05 ). There were significantly higher levels of IL 1 β of both peripheral blood and FF on the day of injecting hCG in the implantation cycles versus non implantation cycles ( P<0.05,P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Our results suggest that IL 1 β may influence the endocrine in controlled ovarian superovulation cycle, regulate oocyte development and affect the implantation in IVF ET.
