【摘要】 现阶段，苏州经济社会发展中的突出问题和矛盾，已经由总量问题转为结构问题。要实行和完成苏州经济结构战略性调整这一任务，除了加大解放思想和统一认识的力度外，重点需要研究和解决的主要问题，一是在更大区域准确定位，积极发展富有竞争力的优势产业；二是坚持互动并进方针，以开发区为载体推进苏州经济结构的全面优化；三是加大改革力度，充分发挥政府在经济结构调整中的重要作用；四是积极构建“大就业”格局，为新一轮经济结构调整提供重要保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The obvious problem and contradiction in the social and economic devel opment of Suzhou is no longer a problem of the total economic volume but a probl em of economic structure. To carry out and accomplish the task of Suzhou economi c strategic adjustment, we should not only emancipate our thinking and reach a c ommon understanding but also study and solve the major problems as follows: firstly,develop vigorously highly competitive enterprises;secondly, optimize the economic structure of Suzhou with the Open Economic Zone as the carrier; thirdly, effect sweeping reforms and give a full play to the role of the government in the adjustment of economic structure; fourthly, form the setup of ＂mass employment＂ to ensure the new adjustment of economic structure.更多还原
