【摘要】 目的 :为合理利用半边旗药材资源提供参考与启示。方法 :以芦丁为对照品 ,采用分光光度法在 5 0 0 nm处测定半边旗总黄酮含量。结果 :对照品在 2～ 2 0μg/m l范围内线形关系良好 ( r=0 .9994) ,平均回收率为 99.3%,RSD=1.12 %( n=6 )。结论 :该方法简便 ,准确 ,稳定 ,灵敏 ,重现性好 ,可作为半边旗的合理用药、质量控制及进一步进行其黄酮类成分研究的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide reference and inspiration for reasonable using medicinal herb of Pteris semipinnata L. Methods:A method of spectrophotometry was used in determining the flavonoids of Pteris semipinnata L. at wavelength of 500 nm. Results:The linear range was 2～20 μg/ml, r=0.999 4, the average recovery was 99.3% and RSD was 1.12% (n=6). Conclusions:The method is simple, accurate, stable, sensitive and has a good reproducibility, it can be used as a reference for quality control and reasonable medication as well as further study on the flavonoids constituents of Pteris semipinnata L..更多还原
