【Abstract】 Objective: To select formulation for Xianghe suppository. Methods: Experiments were conducted by orthogonal design and the formulations were evaluated by MIC. Results: The best formulation was composed of 5 mg/ml menthol, 0.5 mg/ml borneol and per 1 ml extraction contains 2 g of dried herb. Conclusion: Xianghe supository prepared by the formulation selected by the study was effective in clinical use.更多还原
