【摘要】 目的 :研究水蛭的抗肿瘤作用。方法 :用水蛭提取液灌胃荷瘤小鼠 ( L-12 10 ) ,电镜观察肿瘤组织凋亡的形态学改变 ,流式细胞仪观察凋亡率和细胞周期动力学变化 ,MTT法检测 NK细胞活性。结果 :水蛭可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,提高荷瘤小鼠的细胞免疫功能 ,抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长 ,并能显著延长荷瘤小鼠的存活时间。结论 :水蛭具有抗肿瘤功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study antineoplastic effect of Hirudo. Methods: The mice with tumor L-1210 were given by gavage with Hirudo extracts, morphylogical changes of apoptosis of tumor tissue were observed by electron microscope, apoptosis rate and cell cycle kinetics were analyzed by flow cytometry, and NK cells activities were tested by MTT method. Results: Hirudo has the antineoplastic effect by inducing apoptosis of tumor cells and increasing cellular immunity function. Conclusion: Hirudo has the antineoplastic effect.更多还原
