【摘要】 目的 :测定养血生发胶囊中何首乌含有的 2 ,3 ,5 ,4’—四羟基二苯乙烯 -2 -0 -β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱 (RP-HPL C)法。流动相为乙腈 -水 (2 0∶ 80 ) ,流速 1.0 ml/ min,检测波长 3 2 0 nm。结果 :回收率为 97.2 1% ,RSD为1.83 % (n=6)。结论 :方法简便、可靠、易行更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine 2,3,5,4’ tetrahydroxystilbene 2 0 β D glucopyranoside in Radix Polygoni multiflori in Yangxueshengfa Capsules.Methods:RP-HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis using acetonitrile∶water (20∶80) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and detect wave was 320 nm.Results:The recovery was 97.21% and RSD (%) was 1.83 ( n =6).Conclusion:This RP-HPLC method is simple,reliable and easy to apply.更多还原
