【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influence of herbal iodine on the weight and tissue structure of rat testis. Methods: To observe the testicular weight and tissue structure of the rat given different dosage herbal iodine by means of killing some rats at certain intervals. Results: Higher dosage herbal iodine could significantly decrease the testicular weight of the rat and lower spermatogenic cells. Conclusion: Higher herbal iodine could result in testicular damage.更多还原
