【摘要】 目的 :优选酸枣仁汤的最佳制备工艺。方法 :通过正交试验 ,以酸枣仁汤浸膏得率及酸枣仁汤浸膏中酸枣仁皂苷 A的含量为考察指标。结果 :选用药材粗粉 ,按处方比例混匀 ,先用水蒸气蒸馏法提取川芎挥发油 ,再加入总量为药材 8倍量的水 ,维持温度 95℃回流提取 2次 ,1h/次。结论 :本实验表明有效成分提取率高 ,稳定性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the preparative process of Suanzaoren Decoction.Methods:The preparative process was observed by orthogonal design with extractive yield and content of jujuboside A as markers.Results:The optimum process was firstly distilling volatile oils of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and mixing the course powder according to the prescription, adding 8 fold water, refluxing at 95℃ and extracting for 2 times, 1 h each time.Conclusion:This process shows higher yield of active constituents and good stability.更多还原
