【摘要】 目的 :研究茶油枯中茶皂素的分离、提取工艺。方法 :用石油醚脱脂 ,除残油 ,工业乙醇提取、分离茶皂素。结果 :用本法提取茶油枯中茶皂素 ,收率为 14 % ,残留茶油为 6%。结论 :我国茶资源十分丰富 ,对茶皂素进行开发、应用前景广阔 ,经济效益明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the technology of extracting tea saponin from the pressed tea seed. Methods:Used petroleum ether to remove the lipids and the remnant oil from the pressed tea seed, then took ethanol to extract and separate tea saponin. Results:Using this method, the final product rate of tea saponin was 14% and the remnant oil rate was 6%. Conclusion:There is abundant tea resource in China, so the development of the tea saponin may have bright future and remarkable economic benefit.更多还原
