【Abstract】 The content determination of paeoniflorin in Danggui San has been carried out by HPLC with ODS-C 18 as a solid phase, MeOH-water(30∶70) as a mobile phase and UV detection wavelength at 230 nm, the speed in 1.0 ml·min 1 . The temperature of the column was room temperature. Determination of the content of paeoniflorin used extracriterion two da way. The method was simple and the results were exact.
