【摘要】 目的 :建立用反相高效液相色谱 ( RP- HPLC)法测定明珠口服液中大黄素含量的方法。方法 :采用 Shim pack CL C- ODS色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .1 %磷酸溶液 ( 85∶ 1 5 ) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :大黄素浓度的线性范围为 0 .0 2 832～ 0 .1 41 6 0 μg;平均加样回收率为 97.2 % ;RSD为 1 .35 % ( n=5 )。结论 :该法操作简便、快速、重现性好 ,可作为明珠口服液的定量分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the method for determining the content of emodin in Mingzhu oral liquid by RP-HPLC. Methods: Using Shim pack CLC-ODS column, methanol 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (85∶15) as the mobile phase and detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.028 32～0.141 60 μg for the emodin. The average recovery was 97.2% and the related standard deviation ( RSD ) was 1.35% ( n =5). Conclusion:This method was proved to be simple, quick and reproducible and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.更多还原
