【摘要】 文章通过对金洲集团公司的深入调查，介绍了该企业的绿色经营理念，以及在环境保护和可持续发展方面的成功经验。

【Abstract】 Based on a thorough investigation of Jinzhou group,the paper presents the green managing idea of the enterprise,the successful experience of eneironmental protection and sustainable development of the group.
