【摘要】 目的　研究端粒酶活性与肾细胞癌之间的关系。方法　采用 TRAP- PCR- EL ISA法及 TRAP- PCR银染法对肾细胞癌组织和癌旁正常肾组织中端粒酶活性进行检测。结果　 5 1例肾癌组织中 ,端粒酶阳性 48例 ,阴性3例 ;5 1例癌旁正常肾组织中 ,端粒酶阳性 2例 ,阴性 49例 ,二组阳性率差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,肾癌端粒酶活性与其恶性程度无相关性。结论　肾癌组织中端粒酶阳性率极高 ,可作为肾癌诊断的分子水平标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the telomerase activity in human renal cell carcinoma and to evaluate its correlation with the clinical features of renal cell carcinoma.Methods The telomerase activity was detected by TRAP-PCR-ELISA and TRAP-PCR-PAGE in 51 specimens of renal cell carcinoma tissues and 51 specimens of normal adjacent renal tissues.The correlation between the telomerase activity and clinical features of the renal cell carcinoma was analysed.Results Telomerase activity was positive in 48 of 51 specimens of renal cell carcinoma tissues and negative in 3, and of 51 specimens of normal adjacent renal tissues,only 2 was positive and the rest was negative.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).But the telomerase activity was not correlated with the degree of malignancy of renal cell carcinoma.Conclusion The positive rate of telomerase activity was remarkably higher in renal cell carcinoma tissues,which might serve as a biological marker for renal cell carcinoma diagnosis.;更多还原
