可控偏心器液压系统自适应井径变化能力的分析
Analysis on the Adaptive Ability of Hydraulic System in Controllable Eccentric for Well Radius Variations
【摘要】 讨论了钻进过程中井径扩大和缩小 1mm的情况下 ,可控偏心器液压系统蓄能器回路的动静态特性。通过受力分析和液压传动计算 ,得出系统的静态参数。建立了动态方程组 ,并对液压系统自适应井径变化的能力进行了软件仿真。结果表明 ,在一定的条件下 ,可控偏心器的液压系统具有对井径± 1mm变化的自适应能力
【Abstract】 This paper studies both static and dynamic properties of the accumulator circuit in Controllable Eccentric’s hydraulic system in the cases when the well radius becomes 1mm wider or narrower while drilling. Static parameters are educed through mechanical analysis and hydraulic drive computations. Dynamic equation group is set up, based on which software simulations are carried out on the adaptive ability of the hydraulic system for well radius variations. As a result, the hydraulic system in Controllable Eccentric has the adaptive ability for ±1mm variations of well radius under certain conditions.
