【摘要】 振动管式液体密度计在技术和市场上是一种很有前途的密度计 ,但国内目前研究不足 ,没有满意的产品。本课题旨在研究一种便携式的 ,能在工业现场直接应用的自动U型振动管式液体密度计。其设计精度为0 .0 0 1g/cm3,温度测量范围 0～ 4 0℃ ,密度测量范围 0～ 2g/cm3,该仪器可应用在油品 ,酒类、饮料、水质分析等领域。根据弹性振动理论 ,文章分析了振动管式液体密度计的工作原理 ,推导了液体密度和U型管振动频率之间的关系 ,介绍了双U型振动管式密度传感器的结构和设计了密度信号处理电路 ,并且进行了样机的试制 ,做了大量的重复性实验和校准实验 ,结果证明了设计是合理的 ,并达到了设计的精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 An automatic U shape vibrating tube liquid densimeter which is portable and can be used in industrial workside is introduced. The design accuracy is 0.001 g/cm 3 with temperature range of 0～40℃ and measuring range of 0～2 g/cm 3 . The principle of the meter is analized on the basis of elastics mechanics, and the relationship between the oscillating frequency and the liquid density is inferred. Meanwhile, the construction of dual U shape vibrating tube density sensor and the design of signal processing circuits are also introduced. A lot of tests of repeatability and calibration show that the results are satisfied and achieve the design accuracy. The meter can be used in the analysis of oil, wine, drink and water quality.更多还原
