【摘要】 目的:评估分别以质子泵抑制剂（PPI）,铋剂（CBS）,H.受体拮抗剂（H₂RA）为基础的一周三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌（Helicobakter pyloriHP）的根除率。方法:65例中HP（+）患者随机分为三组,均给予一周三联根除HP治疗。A组为 PPI20mg+阿莫西林 1.0g+甲硝唑0.4g 均 Bid,B组为 CBS120mg+克拉霉素 0.25g+甲硝唑0.4g均Bid,C组为H₂RA（泰胃美或法莫替丁20mg,雷尼替丁150mg）Bid+阿莫西林1.0+甲硝唑0.4g均Bid。停药至少4周后复查¹⁴C—UBT。结果:A 组根除率为85.7％（18/21）;B组为87.5％（21/14）;C组为80％（16/20）。结论:以PPI为基础及含克拉霉素的以铋剂为基础的一周三联方案可获得相似的根除率但根除率并未达到90％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of one - week three tripple therapies eradicating Hp Methods. Sixty five H. pylori positive as well as encloscopically chronic gastritis comparied with evident abnormal who suffered with chronic cardiac and pulmonory diseases were randomly devided into three groups. They are assigned to one of the three one-week regiments containing PPI, CBS or H2 RA respectively. Results: The eradicating rates of group A and B are higher than the group C. But there are no significant differences among them. Conclusion: There are approximate cure rates between the two therapies that contained PPI or clarithromycin, but the eradicating rates didn’t come to 90%.更多还原
