大学生维生素C稳态血浆浓度分析

【摘要】 根据稳态血浆浓度评价高校学生人群维生素C营养状况。采用高效液相色谱法测定了 1 2 8名男性大学生在正常饮食条件下 ,以及其中 1 4名受试者连续 1 3d每天口服补充 2 0 0mg维生素C后 ,血浆中维生素C的稳态浓度。发现正常饮食条件下受试者血浆中维生素C稳态水平偏低 ,平均为 (4 7± 2 7) μg/mL ,其中血浆浓度低于正常营养水平下限 4 μg/mL者 68例 ,占总人数的5 3 % ;补充维生素C后 ,受试者稳态血浆浓度显著提高 ,达到 (1 2 4± 1 9) μg/mL(P <0 0 1 )。说明目前高校学生从饮食中摄入维生素C量严重不足 ,亟待改善饮食结构或予以补充

【Abstract】 The vitamin C nutrition of university students on the basis of their steady state plasma concentration was evaluated. A HPLC method was used to determine plasma concentrations (morning in the fasting state) of 128 male students with uncontrolled nutrition, as well as those of 14 students among them after 200 mg daily oral dose of vitamin C for 13 days (morning vitamin C prior to breakfast). It was found that the vitamin C levels of the students with normal nutrition were as low as (4 7±2 7)μg/mL, among them there were 68 students (53% of the total) with plasma concentrations lower than 4 0 μg/mL , the lower limit of the normal range. After the multiple dose of 200 mg daily, the plasma levels was significantly increased to (12 4±1 9)μg/mL ( P <0 01). These data implied that most of the students ingested less than 60 mg vitamin C daily from the current nutrition. A change of the diet or vitamin C supplements would be necessary.
