非病毒型基因传递系统
The non-virus gene delivery system
【摘要】 介绍基因治疗的基本原理与非病毒型基因传递系统的设计方法、作用机制的研究进展 ,对基因传递系统的研究前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The basic principle of the gene therapy and the design methods and the mechanism of the non virus gene delivery system were reviewed in this paper. The prospects of the gene delivery system were also summarized.
