【摘要】 在野罂粟试管苗培养过程中 ,对其种子消毒及种子萌发条件作了考察研究 ,使之在适宜生长条件下获得成功培养。并以试管苗为野罂粟愈伤组织诱导的外植体 ,对不同植物激素诱导愈伤组织作了考察

【Abstract】 During the successful culture of seedlings of Papaver nudicaule L.,the studies on seeds sterilizing and the conditions of seeds germinating were investigated.The seedlings being explants,the effects of different plant hormones on callus induction were studied.
