【摘要】 目的　观察 1、2型星形细胞 (T1A ,T2A)条件培养液对PC12细胞生长情况的影响 ,探讨T1A ,T2A在神经再生过程中的作用。方法　利用分离纯化的T1A和T2A制备条件培养液 ,观察条件培养液对PC12细胞生长情况的影响 ,观察PC12细胞突起生长情况 ,并用MTT法检测PC12细胞活力。结果　对照组PC12细胞未见明显突起生长 ,TIA条件培养液作用组和T2A条件培养液作用组PC12细胞突起生长明显 ,OD值分别由 0 .2 78提高到0 .5 12 (P <0 .0 0 1)和 0 .5 6 6 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　T1A ,T2A条件培养液对PC12细胞有刺激生长作用 ,说明T1A ,T2A对中枢神经再生有积极作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of type 1 astrocytes(T1A) and type 2 astrocytes(T2A) in neural regeneration.Methods Treating PC12 cells with the medium conditioned by T1A or T2A, the outgrowth of neurites of PC12 cells were observed, the viability of PC12 cells were investigated with the method of MTT.Results Comparing with the control group,it was found that PC12 cells treated with the T1A or T2A conditioned medium had significant outgrowth of neurites and the value of OD had arisen from 0.278 to 0.512( P <0.001) and 0.566( P <0.001).Conclusion T1A or T2A conditioned medium can promote PC12 cells’growth, suggesting that T1A and T2A are helpful to neural regeneration.更多还原
