【Abstract】 To deal with various kinds of disputes occurring more and more frequently in recent years,the administrators of colleges and universities are exhausted and a great amount of energy has to be paid in the law procedures.Hence it has severely interfered with the normal running of higher education system.The reasons for that are highly related to the absence of knowledge of law and the weak notion of the legal system.Therefore,more attentions should be paid to the publicity of law and education on legal system,while consultation organization of law should be set up and improved,contract regulation should be enforced and both rights of the staffs and students have to be respected.更多还原
