【摘要】 目的　讨论肩胛上神经卡压综合征的诊断和治疗 ,提高对该病的诊治水平。方法　对近10年来收治的 12例肩胛上神经卡压的病史进行分析 ,6例于肩胛切迹痛点处作封闭治疗 ,8例手术治疗 ,其中 2例行肩胛切迹成形术 ,6例行神经松解术。结果　保守治疗 6例中 4例有效 ,有效率 6 6 7% ,其中 2例无效后改作手术治疗 ;手术治疗 8例 ,随访 2～ 3年 ,症状完全消失 ,肌力较术前增加Ⅱ～Ⅲ级 ,未发现有复发者 ,但肌肉萎缩无明显改善。结论　颈肩痛患者应考虑本病的存在。早期保守疗法可使部分患者治愈 ,如治疗 2个月无效 ,或出现明显肌肉萎缩 ,应积极手术治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of suprascapular nerve compression syndrome,improve the level of treatment for this disease.Methods To analysis the history of 12 cases with suprascapular nerve compression syndrone in last 10 years.Local blockage to the point of tenderness at scapular notch was done in 6 cases;surgical treatment was done in 8 cases wth scapular notch enlargement plastic,in which 6 cases were treated with neurolysis.Results 4 cases were effective in conservative treatment group,and effective rate was 66 67%,operative treatment were used in other 2 cases.8 cases with surgical treatment were followed up 2～3 years.The synptoms disappeared completely without reccurent,muscle power increased by 2 3 levels,but muscle atrophy didnt recover.Conclusion The patients with cervico cervico scapulalgia should be considered of this disease.In early stage,portion of patients can be cured under the conservative treatment.If there were obvious muscle atrophy or inefficacy in two months,surgical treatment should be done positively.更多还原
