【摘要】 目的　介绍趾皮甲瓣和第二、三足趾联合移植再造拇、手指的疗效。方法　采用趾皮甲瓣和第二、三足趾联合移植 ,为全手指缺失及包括拇指在内的多指缺失 ,再造拇指和示指或者拇指、示指和中指共 5 8例 6 4只手。结果　手术成功 5 9只手 ,失败 5只手 ,成功率 92 2 %。随访发现 ,患者均能用再造的拇、手指从事日常生活和工作中的手工操作 ,对再造拇、手指的外形也比较满意。结论　单足供趾术能用一只足为一只手再造拇指和示指 ,或者拇指、示指和中指 ,还能使双手缺失的患者有再造双手的机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the resu lts of thumb and finger reconstruction u sing transplantation of big toe skin-nai l flap combined with the second toe and thir d toe.Methods 58 patients with m ultiple digit loss or digitless hand were recons tructed thumb and fingers by using trans pla ntation of big toe skin-nail flap combin ed with the second toe and third toe.Res ults The success rate was 92 2%.The patients were satisfied with their new hands and had incorporated them into their actions of daily living.Conclusion Thum b,index and long fingers can be reconstr ucted wi th donation of one foot and functions of bilateral hands can be recovered with t his technique too.更多还原
