U形无加强波纹管平面失稳有限元分析
The finite element analysis to the in-plane instability of non-reinforced U-shape bellows
【摘要】 建立了U形无加强波纹管结构分析的有限元分析模型 ,采用ANSYS有限元软件对其在不同平面失稳工况下的应力响应进行了计算。结果表明 ,U形无加强波纹管平面失稳与否主要取决于波纹管环板表面塑性区的产生与扩展 ,同时证明了采用单层结构模拟多层波纹管进行平面失稳研究的可行性
【Abstract】 The finite element analysis model to the U shape bellows is presented and calculated by the ANSYS program under diverse loads for in plane instability.The calculation results indicate that the in plane instability of non reinforced U shape bellows relies on the appearance of plastic region in the circular plane of bellows.It is also proved that the simulation of multilayer bellows by monolayer structure can be applied to the research of in plane instability of bellows.
