MAG焊试件面背弯曲易裂工艺研究
The technique research on weldment face and root bend crack used MAG welding method
【摘要】 结合 MAG焊电弧的特点 ,在分析研究的基础上 ,找出了 MAG试件弯曲易产生开裂的原因 ,提出了操作注意事项 ,消除了试样弯曲时易产生裂纹的问题 ,将其应用在压力容器生产上 ,可提高工作效率 3～ 5倍 ,并降低生产成本
【Abstract】 Considering the feature of MAG welding arc, the reason of weldment bend crack used MAG welding method on the basis of analysis and research was found.The operation proceeding was summarized and the defect was overcame.This welding method has been used in pressure vessel production successfully, and has improved the work efficiency 3～5 times, reduced the production costs.
