【摘要】 目的　探讨 2型糖尿病与骨质疏松间的内在联系。方法　使用DPX L双能骨密度X线测量仪测定40例 2型糖尿病患者及 2 0例健康对照者正位腰椎 (L2 ～L4 )和左侧股骨近端neck ,ward ,troch区骨密度。测定 2型糖尿病患者的血钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶及C肽水平。结果　 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松组的C肽释放曲线下面积(AUC)低于未合并骨质疏松组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　 2型糖尿病患者的骨密度与胰岛功能有关 ,胰岛功能明显减退者骨密度亦明显降低 ,易患骨质疏松。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate osteoporosis and its main associated factors in patients with type 2 diabetes(DM).Methods Bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar vertebrae 2～4 and proximal femur in 40 type 2 diabetic patients were measured with dual energy X ray absorptiometry and compared with control group(30～35 years old).Serum Ca,P,ALP and connective peptide in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were measured.Results The area under the connective peptide releasing curre in osteoporosis group was lower than that of non osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes.Conclusion BMD is correlated with the pancreatic islet function.The patients with pancreatic islet failure develop osteoporosis easily.更多还原
