泡沫铝的单向力学行为
Uniaxial Mechanical Behavior of Aluminum Foam
【摘要】 本文对不同孔径的开孔泡沫铝材料的单向拉伸性能和单向压缩性能进行了研究 ,揭示了泡沫铝材料的变形机理 ,并且发现相对密度不是确定材料力学属性的唯一参数 ,孔径大小对材料的力学性能也有一定的影响 .基于实验数据 ,我们讨论了材料的宏观力学性能和微观结构的联系 ,并利用 Ramberg- Osgood模型描述了材料的单轴拉伸一维应力应变关系
【Abstract】 The uniaxial tensile and compression behaviors of open-cell aluminum foam with different void diameters are investigated and the deformation mechanism of the foam is revealed. It is found that the mechanical behavior of the form not only depends on the relative density of the material but also depends on the diameter of voids. Based on the experimental results, the relationship between the macroscopic mechanical properties of the material and its micro-structure is discussed. It is shown that a Ramberg-Osgood type constitutive model may be used to describe the stress-strain relation of the material under uniaxial tension.
