焦化汽油加氢作合成氨原料的工业试验
PRODUCING SYNTHETIC AMMONIA FEEDSTOCK BY COKER GASOLING HYDROTREATING
【摘要】 总结了焦化汽油馏分低压加氢精制生产合成氨原料的工业试验情况。结果表明 ,焦化汽油馏分在氢分压大于 2 5MPa ,体积空速 1 0~ 1 3h-1,氢油体积比大于 45 0 ,反应器最高点温度大于 375℃时 ,加氢精制后可作为合成氨原料 ,这为焦化汽油馏分的出路探索出了一条新路
【Abstract】 A commercial test of coker gasoline hydrotreating for synthetic ammonia feedstock was summarized.The hydrotreated coker gasoline was qualified for synthetic ammonia feedstock under the operating conditions of a hydrogen partial pressure of higher than 2 5Mpa,a VHSV of 1 0-1 3h -1 ,a hydrogen/oil volume ratio higher than 450 and a highest point temperature higher than 375℃.The processing scheme showed a new way out for coker gasoline.
